With the generous assistance of the Belgian organization, ENABEL, the programme’s vision is to empower the IDPs of Marawi to get back on their feet. The project is implemented by Asia Society for Social Improvement and Sustainable Transformation (ASSIST), the Colombo Plan Staff College (CPSC), the German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GPCCI), and TÜV Rheinland Philippines.


Asia Society for Social Improvement and Sustainable Transformation (ASSIST)

Asia Society for Social Improvement and Sustainable Transformation (ASSIST) was established in 2003 with the aim of addressing sustainability challenges in the Philippines. Inspired by the growth since, it has evolved into a self-sustaining, Pan-Asian, non-profit organization driven by passion and purpose for progress and prosperity in the region. Colombo Plan Staff College (CPSC)

The Colombo Plan Staff College for Technician Education (CPSC) is an autonomous specialized agency of the Colombo Plan. Established in 1973, CPSC assists the member countries of the Colombo Plan in developing and enhancing their technician education systems. In January 1987, CPSC moved to Manila, Philippines upon the invitation of the Philippine Government. hwww.cpsctech.org


German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GPCCI)

The German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GPCCI) is the official representation of German businesses in the Philippines. As a bilateral membership organization with around 300 members, GPCCI provides services and supports German and Philippine companies in their market entry and expansion efforts.
